📊 The Day-to-Day
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that is set to revolutionise the way the business thinks about and interacts with its consumers.
As a key player in the Consumer and Market Insights function, you will report to the Global Menswear & Womenswear CMI Lead. 👔👗
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Ad Hoc Research Projects: Lead complex research initiatives such as Consumer Decision Journeys across multiple markets, optimising questionnaires, and supporting analysis and presentations.
- Setting Campaign KPIs: Develop relevant KPIs for marketing plans based on campaign testing benchmarks and brand health tracking.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Handle ad hoc data queries, support strategic reviews, and perform detailed analyses to provide actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Customer Insights & Data Analytics team to create comprehensive analyses that drive growth strategies.
- Agency Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, identifying innovative methodologies to enhance research outcomes.

- Research Expertise: Proficient in questionnaire design, sample handling, and quantitative research methods including ad testing and brand trackers.
