As a Lead Researcher, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering actionable insights. Your day might include:
- Leading research projects on personal injury and medical negligence to support strategic objectives.
- Preparing in-depth reports for the executive board level stakeholders, highlighting threats, opportunities, and key trends.
- Using tools like Manzama and Horizon Tracker to spot critical updates and provide current awareness services.
- Collaborating with teams across the organisation, contributing to business forums, and supporting decision-making.
- Mentoring junior researchers and ensuring high-quality outputs across the board.

This role is perfect for someone who loves research and analysis and wants to see their work make a real difference. You’ll need:
- Proven experience in legal, competitive, or business research, with a strong understanding of medical data (e.g. NHS datasets).
- A track record of delivering insights at an executive level, ideally in a legal setting.
- Experience mentoring or guiding others (line management is a bonus but not essential).
