Rohan studied Accounting, Business & Finance at the University of York and was all set to follow in his dad’s footsteps as an accountant. That was until 2017 when his brother (Rudy) asked him if he wanted to do some work experience at Nicholson Glover. Then and there, Rohan’s recruitment career was born. Over two summers, Rohan interned with Nicholson Glover, finally making it a permanent arrangement in 2019 upon graduating.

Rohan is a sports fanatic, whether it comes to playing football or watching cricket. He’s very active in the gym but can’t resist a Mojito from time-to-time, which is somewhat counterintuitive. He is most happy in warm weather, topping up his tan, going to festivals, doing pub quizzes (although he’s just there to make up the numbers), and exploring new countries.
