    As a Project Executive, you’ll be the cornerstone of operational excellence:

    ✨ Organising and coordinating projects with precision and attention to detail.

    💻 Managing virtual tools (Zoom, SharePoint, Dropbox, Recollective, and more) and scheduling across time zones.

    🗂️ Juggling priorities and staying ahead in a fast-paced environment.

    🔄 Supporting team members by adapting to ad hoc tasks, including evening responsibilities.

    🧩 Solving logistical challenges with creativity and resourcefulness.

    🌍 Working collaboratively with a global team to deliver outstanding results.

  • 😀 The Candidate

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • 6-12 months experience in project management within research agency.
    • Degree preferred but not essential; it’s your drive and dedication that matter most.
    • Available for office-based work 3–4 days per week.
