As a Behavioural Designer, you’ll immerse yourself in the world of sensory design. Your main goal is to identify friction points within products or experiences and craft behavioural solutions that eliminate these barriers. You’ll collaborate with Behavioural Architects to understand the strategies and with Experimental Designers to test and refine your concepts. Expect to:
**Design and Develop:** Create visually stunning and effective business communications, physical products, and UX designs using tools like Sketch, Figma, and Photoshop.
**Collaborate:** Work closely with a team of 20 Neurodesigners, sharing insights and best practices to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
**Engage with Clients:** Present and defend your designs in client meetings, clearly communicating the behavioural impact and design rationale.
**Innovate:** Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging proprietary neurodesign frameworks and bias banks, and continuously seek new ways to enhance your design solutions.
