  • £50,000
We are working with an award-winning global behavioural science consultancy, on a mission to make businesses as human as humanly possible. They are looking for a Senior Designer to play a vital role in increasing the research capabilities and scope!
  • The Day-to-Day

As a Behavioural Designer, you’ll immerse yourself in the world of sensory design. Your main goal is to identify friction points within products or experiences and craft behavioural solutions that eliminate these barriers. You’ll collaborate with Behavioural Architects to understand the strategies and with Experimental Designers to test and refine your concepts. Expect to:

    • Design and Develop: Create visually stunning and effective business communications, physical products, and UX designs using tools like Sketch, Figma, and Photoshop.
    • Collaborate: Work closely with a team of 20 Neurodesigners, sharing insights and best practices to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
    • Engage with Clients: Present and defend your designs in client meetings, clearly communicating the behavioural impact and design rationale.
    • Innovate: Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging proprietary neurodesign frameworks and bias banks, and continuously seek new ways to enhance your design solutions.
  • The Ideal Candidate

    The Ideal Candidate

You’re not just a designer; you’re a behavioural scientist at heart. You have a degree in Design, Psychology, Behavioural Science, or a related field, and you bring a deep understanding of sensory design principles. Your technical skills are top-notch – you’re proficient in Sketch, Figma, and Photoshop. But beyond that, you have a proven track record of creating conceptually driven design solutions and presenting them effectively to clients. You’re a creative thinker, a problem solver, and a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.

  • Benefits

Joining our client means becoming part of a cutting-edge team that’s at the forefront of behavioural science and design. You’ll enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, access to proprietary neurodesign frameworks and resources, and abundant opportunities for professional development.

Ready to shape the future of behavioural design? Apply now and take the first step toward an exciting and fulfilling career!
