    Leading customer analysis and insights for the e-commerce channel. You will execute customer performance deep-dive analysis to address key business questions and challenges. Producing actionable insights and presenting these findings to key stakeholders across the business

  • The Candidate

    Key attributes of the suitable Customer Insights Analyst include:

    • Experience: 1+ years in Customer Insights within Marketing and CRM.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency with tool likes Excel, PowerBI with SQL a bonus
    • Communication Skills: Ability to turn complex analysis into actionable insights.
