The Day-to-Day
You’ll play a central role in delivering high-impact projects and driving their growth strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
📊 Managing Client Projects: Lead strategy engagements with senior client teams, from research to execution.
💡 Strategic Development: Analyse data and client challenges, then co-develop strategic frameworks that drive results.
🎯 Facilitating Workshops: Collaborate with partners to design and lead workshops that align stakeholders and inspire action.
📑 Delivering Insights: Prepare and present compelling recommendations that translate complex findings into actionable strategies.
🤝 Building Relationships: Cultivate strong client relationships and contribute to our future pipeline of work.

The Ideal Candidate

🎓 5+ Years of Experience: Ideally client-side in FMCG or growth consultancy.
💬 Strong Communication Skills: You’re a natural at presenting, writing, and facilitating workshops.
🔍 Strategic & Analytical Mindset: You’ve worked on strategy and brand planning, either leading workstreams or managing the project.
🤝 Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team setting and are skilled at bringing diverse perspectives together to solve problems.
🌍 Global Flexibility: You’re comfortable with international travel and adaptable to different working environments.
