Based in Dublin, they’re seeking an Operations Director to lead their operational teams and elevate the business to the next level. Our client offers a hybrid working environment with core hours from 10am to 4pm and a half-day Friday every other week!

As the Operations Director, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of several key departments: Data Processing, Field Teams, the Telephone Centre, and Charting. From setting strategic objectives to optimising processes, you’ll be responsible for:

Leading diverse teams—driving collaboration and performance
Enhancing efficiency—implementing process improvements and meeting KPIs
Managing resources—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget
Client interaction—working closely with account managers to exceed client expectations

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in operations within a market research agency
