The Role
Working under the Senior Manager, you will assist in their CDP (Customer Data Platform) migration and help address the data and technology needs essential for the marketing/CRM Data Strategy. As a vital member of the Data Strategy team, you will contribute to advancing data management, validation, quality, and analysis efforts.

The Candidate
Key attributes of the suitable Lead CRM Analyst include:
- Background in data management and validation, with a solid grasp of data governance standards and practices within a marketing context.
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and related marketing technology tools.
- Competence in data analysis methods and tools, such as Excel, SQL, and Python (Preferred).
- Strong communication abilities, with a talent for cross-team collaboration and influencing diverse stakeholders.
