Head of Digital | DTC Consumer Brand.

We’re partnering with a high-growth DTC brand that is building its market-share in the UK. They are hiring a Head of Digital (6-figure package, based in Singapore) to lead eCommerce growth, shape performance marketing strategy, and leverage all available tools to achieve ambitious targets. This is not an early-stage start-up - it’s an established, well-resourced business with a strong brand and significant backing.
  • Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Develop and own the UK growth marketing strategy, including competitor analysis, eCommerce development, digital customer experience, and performance marketing.
    • Achieve ambitious sales and eCommerce growth targets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution.
    • Drive ongoing iteration and growth, taking the function from early-stage development to scalable success.
  • Key Requirements:

    • Proven track record of driving significant eCommerce growth in the UK market.
    • Deep understanding of UK consumers, competitors, and market dynamics.
    • Experience leveraging data and insights to inform strategy and optimise campaigns.
    • Strong performance marketing expertise, with a focus on driving website conversions and improving digital customer experience.
    • Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making skills.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
