The Day-to-Day
✅ Designing and running research projects—from proposals to debriefs
✅ Managing a mix of ad hoc and continuous studies, covering product testing, pricing, brand tracking, and more
✅ Analysing quantitative data to uncover compelling insights for clients
✅ Managing key client accounts—from global coffee brands to UK tourist attractions
✅ Overseeing budgets, resources, and internal teams
✅ Mentoring junior team members as the company continues to grow

The Ideal Candidate
🎯 You’re a natural problem solver – You don’t just crunch numbers; you tell stories with data.
🎯 You have at least 4 years of agency experience – You’re comfortable running projects independently.
🎯 You thrive in a small team – You enjoy working collaboratively but can also manage projects solo.
🎯 You’re commercially savvy – You understand what insights actually matter to businesses.
🎯 You have a solid grasp of quantitative research methods – Experience with conjoint analysis or MaxDiff is a huge plus!
🎯 You’re detail-oriented and great with clients – You can manage accounts, present findings, and ensure projects run smoothly.
