What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Leading a team of analysts to develop data models, dashboards, and reports using SQL, Power BI, and Azure
🔹 Driving customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and forecasting models to maximize engagement and revenue
🔹 Managing end-to-end insight projects, from scoping to execution, ensuring high business impact
🔹 Translating complex data into compelling stories and recommendations for senior stakeholders
🔹 Ensuring best practices in data management, version control (GitHub), and reporting structures

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Extensive experience working with SQL (complex queries, data pipelines, transformations)
✅ Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, report building, workspaces)
✅ Experience working with customer, marketing, or commercial data in a B2C environment
✅ Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
✅ Ability to translate raw data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making
Desirable:
🔹 Experience with Azure (Synapse, Data Lakes)
🔹 Exposure to Python, R, or Google Analytics
🔹 Knowledge of CRM platforms like Microsoft D365 Customer Insights
