As an Account Director, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, driving impactful projects and nurturing long-term client relationships. You will:

💡 Lead and deliver high-quality market research

📈 Manage and grow your own client portfolio

🔍 Analyse and synthesise complex data to uncover actionable insights

🧑‍🏫 Mentor and train junior team members

🤝 Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they come to you with new RFPs

The ideal candidate will:

✨ Have 6+ years’ experience in healthcare market research or a similar field

🎯 Be commercially savvy, with a keen eye for client growth

💡 Have experience in running qualitative research projects from end to end. Experience with quant methods is a bonus.
