What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading a team of analysts to develop data models, dashboards, and reports using SQL, Power BI, and Azure
Driving customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and forecasting models to maximize engagement and revenue
Managing end-to-end insight projects, from scoping to execution, ensuring high business impact
Translating complex data into compelling stories and recommendations for senior stakeholders
Ensuring best practices in data management, version control (GitHub), and reporting structures

What We’re Looking For:
Extensive experience working with SQL (complex queries, data pipelines, transformations)
Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, report building, workspaces)
Experience working with customer, marketing, or commercial data in a B2C environment
Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to translate raw data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making
Desirable:
Experience with Azure (Synapse, Data Lakes)
Exposure to Python, R, or Google Analytics
Knowledge of CRM platforms like Microsoft D365 Customer Insights
